本プライバシーポリシーは、iOSアプリ「錦鯉の池 −Nishikigoi Pond−」（以下「本アプリ」）における利用者情報の取り扱いを定めるものです。
本アプリにはアカウント登録機能がなく、開発者が氏名・メールアドレス等の個人情報を収集することはありません（ランキングに参加した場合に保存されるデータは、3. をご覧ください）。育成データ（鯉の状態、図鑑、殿堂等）はお使いの端末内に保存されます。
育成データは、機種変更時の引き継ぎのために Apple の iCloud（キーバリューストレージ）へ自動的にバックアップされます。このデータはお客様の Apple アカウントの領域にのみ保存され、開発者がアクセスすることはできません。
Game Center にサインインしている場合、品評会の点数が Apple の Game Center のランキングに送られ、ほかのプレイヤーに Game Center のニックネームとともに表示されます。
あわせて、点数を取った鯉の姿をランキングで見られるよう、その鯉の柄のデータ（遺伝子の数値）・成長の度合い・点数を、Apple の iCloud（CloudKit の公開データベース）に保存します。保存の際はプレイヤーを区別するための識別子を、Game Center の ID から作った別の値に置き換えて使います。氏名やメールアドレスなどは保存しません。このデータは、ほかのプレイヤーが閲覧でき、開発者も管理のために参照できます。
Game Center または iCloud にサインインしていない場合、これらのデータは送信されません。保存されたデータの削除をご希望の場合は、下記のお問い合わせ先までご連絡ください。
本アプリは、広告の表示のために Google AdMob（Google LLC）を利用しています。広告は、お客様が任意で視聴するリワード広告のみです。AdMob は広告の配信・計測のため、以下の情報を自動的に取得することがあります。

トラッキングの許可状態は、iOSの「設定」アプリ →「錦鯉の池」からいつでも変更できます。許可しない場合も、本アプリの機能に制限はありません。
本アプリの通知（餌や成長のお知らせ等）は、すべて端末内で完結するローカル通知です。通知のために外部へ情報が送信されることはありません。通知はiOSの「設定」からいつでもオフにできます。
本ポリシーの内容は、必要に応じて変更されることがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、本ページにて告知します。

This Privacy Policy describes how user information is handled in the iOS app "Nishikigoi Pond" (the "App").
The App has no account registration, and the developer does not collect personal information such as your name or email address (for the data stored when you take part in the rankings, see section 3). Your game data (koi status, field guide, hall of fame, etc.) is stored on your device.
To carry your data over when you change devices, your game data is automatically backed up to Apple's iCloud (key-value storage). This data is stored only within your Apple account and cannot be accessed by the developer.
If you are signed in to Game Center, your show scores are sent to Apple's Game Center leaderboards and shown to other players together with your Game Center nickname.
So that other players can see the koi that earned each score, the App also stores that koi's pattern data (its gene values), growth and score in Apple's iCloud (the CloudKit public database). To tell players apart, it uses a separate value derived from your Game Center ID rather than the ID itself. No name, email address or similar information is stored. This data can be viewed by other players and accessed by the developer for administration.
If you are not signed in to Game Center or iCloud, this data is not sent. To request deletion of stored data, please contact us at the address below.
The App uses Google AdMob (Google LLC) to display ads. The only ads are rewarded ads that you choose to watch. To deliver and measure ads, AdMob may automatically collect the following:

You can change your tracking permission at any time in iOS Settings → "Nishikigoi Pond". Declining does not limit any features of the App.
The App's notifications (feeding and growth reminders, etc.) are local notifications handled entirely on your device. No information is sent externally for notifications. You can turn them off any time in iOS Settings.
This policy may be updated as needed. If there is a significant change, it will be announced on this page.
